Fixed price against a written scope, agreed before anything starts. You know the number in advance and it does not move unless you ask for something that was not in the scope, in which case I quote that separately, before doing it.

Yes. Most of the work is remote regardless. Singapore clients get the option of meeting in person, which is useful at the start of a bigger project, but it has never been a requirement.
